General Program Drop-in Classes
Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre offers many classes open to the public in many areas. These classes include instructions in meditation, the Kadampa Buddhist way of life and teachings relevant to developing a meaningful life. It is not necessary to convert to Buddhism to benefit from Buddha’s advice. By taking his teaching to heart and applying them in daily life, everyone can solve their daily problems and live a happier, more meaningful life.
