Join us for modern Buddhist guided meditation sessions that help train the mind with inner peace, clarity, love, compassion and wisdom.

Meditation for Everyone sessions include instruction and guided meditations for relaxation, clearing the mind, and developing a kind heart. Good for those who are just getting started with meditation and for experienced meditators who enjoy meditating with a group.

Meditation for Everyone sessions alternate with our four-class Learn to Meditate series and other evening events.

NOTE: These classes will be streamed online. There will also be room for a limited number of people to attend at the Centre. Select the “in person” option when registering. Social distancing and special hygiene protocols will be in place, and please do not come to the Centre if you feel unwell.
