The Simply Meditate classes are ideal if you’re just getting started with meditation or you wish to continue to improve your meditation practice with guided sessions.

Each session includes meditation instructions and discussions of the benefits of various meditation techniques.

Everybody welcome!
$12/class (free for Supporting Members)
No one is turned away for lack of funds.
