Join us for modern Buddhist guided meditation sessions that help train the mind with inner peace, clarity, love, compassion and wisdom.

Meditation for Everyone sessions include instruction and guided meditations for relaxation, clearing the mind, and developing a kind heart. Good for those who are just getting started with meditation and for experienced meditators who enjoy meditating with a group.

$12/class (free for Supporting Members)
