This four-class introductory Learn to Meditate series is designed especially for beginners or for those who wish to revitalize their practice. In this course, you will learn the essentials of meditation practice and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. The classes will include instructions, guided meditations, and a chance to ask questions. Everybody welcome!

By the end of this course, you will have tools to:
- create a successful meditation practice
- integrate the teachings to positively transform your daily activities

NOTE: There is room for a limited number of people to attend at the Centre. Social distancing and special hygiene protocols will be in place, and please do not come to the Centre if you feel unwell. These classes will also be streamed online.
