In this introductory course, we’ll learn how to get started with meditation and how to set up a personal practice that can bring you a sense of balance, peace and clarity every day.
Teacher Liz Rees has been meditating and training in modern Buddhism in the New Kadampa Tradition for many years. Her loving heart and gentle manner have inspired many students in Calgary and Okotoks.
