Although we often respond to difficult situations with anger and frustration, these are unskillful ways of dealing with life’s challenges. Buddha teaches that we can abandon these negative states of mind which rob us of our inner peace, common sense, and judgment. By recognizing them as inner enemies and understanding how they develop, we can begin to take control, freeing ourselves from their destructive influence.

This course includes meditations and practical methods for overcoming anger.
