Learn to Meditate is a series of four weekly early afternoon classes that will introduce you to the benefits of Buddhist meditation, including overcoming stress, developing clarity and concentration, and integrating wisdom and compassion into all your activities.
You may drop in on any class as you wish, or register for the full series. (We also offer this series in Calgary at our Centre on Kensington Road.)
