Understanding Our Feelings
Solving our Emotional Problems with Meditation
7-8:30pm, Thursday May 2, 16, & 30, June 13
Crystal Shores Beach House
403 Milligan Drive, Okotoks
Our feelings are always changing. Nevertheless, we can have the tendency to hold on to our feelings, even to the point of obsession, becoming very unhappy and even dysfunctional. We need to look at the nature of our feelings and recognise that they are separate from our true self.
We always have a choice to free our self from unhappy feelings and to identify with our true nature. By following Buddha’s advice, we can become a mature, flexible person and enjoy a deep, balanced and meaningful emotional life.
Open to everyone, our Thursday night drop-in classes show us how we can use meditation to improve the quality of our mind and find happiness and meaning.
