Buddhist meditation has the power to transform our minds from a state of pain and problems to one of inner peace and happiness. Open to everyone, these Thursday night classes in Okotoks will show us how we can use meditation to improve the quality of our mind and find a happy, meaningful life.

Everybody welcome!

We’re delighted to offer Learn to meditate in Okotoks! Learn to meditate is a series of four weekly classes that will introduce you to the benefits of Buddhist meditation, including overcoming stress, developing clarity and concentration, and integrating wisdom and compassion into all your activities. You may drop in to any class as you wish, or register for the full series. This early spring series in Okotoks will be taught by Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Dema, Resident Teacher of Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
