In Meaningful Mindfulness, you’ll have the opportunity to practice single pointed concentration and to contemplate meaningful understandings of the Buddhist views of compassion and wisdom.
Each class begins with concentration practice to calm and clear the mind, followed by instructions on Buddha’s methods to develop a loving, compassionate, and peaceful mind. Classes end with a final mediation session that you can repeat daily throughout the week.
