Concentration is necessary because without it we have no mental freedom and little mental power. Even our ability to help others depends on the strength of our mental training.
The purpose of this weekend course is to gain a clear understanding of tranquil abiding—perfect concentration. You will receive practical advice on how to engage in the mental trainings necessary to accomplish this.

This winter, the Centre is pleased to offer new drop-in meditations and study sessions on Wednesday evenings, 7 – 8:30 pm. The sessions will alternate between guided meditations with prayers, such as Medicine Buddha Prayers, and classes topics that are not normally in our General Program classes.

On Sundays, join us for Prayers for World Peace: teachings, meditations, and chanted Prayers dedicated to the peace and happiness of all living beings. (There is no fee for Prayers for World Peace.) Sundays at 11am.
