Drop-in Classes at AKBC in Calgary & in Okotoks
The Centre’s newest study program, an in-depth study of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s latest book, How to Understand the Mind, is taking a short break for the summer. The study sessions will resume on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in mid-August.
On Sundays, join us for Meditations for World Peace: teachings, meditations, and chanted Prayers dedicated to the peace and happiness of all living beings. (There is no fee for Prayers for World Peace.) Sundays at 11am.
